CHARACTERISTICS

Gelato Expert comes with 3 automatic programs:

• Italian ice cream : light and filling ice cream
• Homemade ice cream : ice cream, creamy sorbet and frozen yogurt
• Granita : refreshing sorbet

In addition, it has 3 modes:

• Expert mode for optimal control
• Once the recipe is complete, the unit automatically switches to Conservation Mode , which keeps the preparation at the right consistency and temperature for up to 2 hours.
• Pause mode to check the consistency of the ice cream

Integrated cold group with compression system. It is with this particular mechanical system that the temperature is kept constant throughout the ice cream manufacturing process, for surprisingly excellent results in terms of quality and consistency

• REMOVABLE TRAY : for one preparation after another. Capacity 2L.
• FIXED TRAY : stainless steel bowl for a second preparation. Capacity 2L.
• LID : to keep cold and avoid splashing.
