DESCRIPTION :

The EVJ 500 series is aimed at all applications where temperature and humidity control is required, such as the display of pastries and pralines (EVJ506). The controllers operate with a proprietary probe and are equipped with 6 outputs for managing the temperature in cooling/heating even with a neutral zone and humidity with humidification/dehumidification in association with the fans and defrost cycles.

The controllers are available with integrated user interface, characterized by a 2.8 inch color graphic display, capacitive keys and IP65 front panel. The installation can be carried out in the classic front recessed mode or hidden under the panel (if in glass or methacrylate), guaranteeing high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

All models of the EVJ 500 series are compatible with the cloud platform EPoCA® , which allows interaction with remotely controlled units and has advanced functions relating to HACCP data traceability, all via Wi-Fi or Ethernet connectivity, while locally you can interact from a mobile device with the EVconnect® app based on Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity
