EVCO - EVCLC539N9E controller for cabinets and seasoning rooms (Vcolor 539 L)

Vcolor 539 L is a split controller, with 7-inch (L) capacitive color touch-screen TFT graphic display, for semi-recessed or flush-panel installation, which provides complete management of cabinets or maturing rooms for different types of product such as meats, cured meats, cheeses.

It has manual conservation cycles and automatic seasoning cycles (up to 30 phases in cascade) that are fully configurable in terms of duration, temperature, humidity and ventilation.

It is possible to plan automatic air exchange and pause/work cycles as well as the possibility of managing the optional sterilization, oxygenation and smoking processes of the product both automatically and manually.

Standard 4-20mA transducers (such as EVHP503) can be used for humidity management or for reading the acidity level of the product; the humidity can alternatively be managed using the dedicated T+RH probe EVTHP500 (RH 5-95% / T -20/80°C).
