EVCO - EV3143N7 controller for 2 independent temperature adjustments, for milk refrigeration or ice cream creaming

DESCRIPTION :

EV3 143 is a versatile controller, in a compact 74 x 32 mm format with LED display and capacitive touch keys, which lends itself to being used in various types of applications thanks to the simple configuration of a parameter.

1. Double temperature regulation -> In the first of the 3 possible configurations, the controller independently manages two temperature adjustments, each of which can be set with a set point for heating or cooling (range from -40°C to 110°C), thus making it suitable for all those applications which require keep food at different temperatures (e.g. tables and buffet lines).

2. Milk refrigeration -> The second configuration was instead developed for the management of cooling tanks for milk, where the need to keep the intact milk after milking at a temperature of 4°C is associated with the use of a stirrer for rapid and homogeneous cooling of the whole the contents of the tub.

3. Creaming ice cream -> Finally, the controller can be configured for the management of ice cream freezers thanks to the special algorithm which allows for a cycle with 4 phases in cascade: heating, cooking, cooling and conservation.

Interaction with the controlled units is possible remotely from the EPoCA® cloud platform via Wi-Fi or Ethernet connectivity, while locally it is possible to interact from a mobile device with the EVconnect® app based on Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity.
