PURITY C Steam filters, specially designed for steam ovens
and small and medium-sized traditional ovens, reduce the temporary hardness of drinking water and therefore prevent the formation of limescale. Furthermore, the filter holder retains metal ions, such as lead and copper, reducing substances such as chlorine, which can impair the taste and aroma of food.
